AiVibe × Intel Partnership
Building the AI Factory at the edge with Intel — open edge AI software, OpenVINO-optimised inference and Intel silicon for agentic and physical AI in manufacturing.
AiVibe × Intel
The AI Factory OEM, running on Intel at the edge.
AiVibe is an Intel direct partner and an end-to-end AI Factory OEM, with an OEM storefront on intel.com. We design, build and deliver Intel®-based edge AI compute devices that ship ready to run with AiAmbA Factory OS pre-installed — Intel is our primary silicon path. On top, we build with Intel's open software — the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit and the Open Edge Platform — so manufacturers run AI next to their machines with their data on site: sovereign, on-premises AI.
How it fits together
- 1
Machines
PLCs, SCADA, CNC controllers, drives, sensors, cameras, conveyors and robots.
- 2
AiAmbA Factory OS on Intel
Pre-installed on AiVibe's Intel-based devices: 100+ bi-directional protocol translations into one auditable event lane.
- 3
On-premise AI agents
Agents and OpenVINO-optimised models run on site, from an Agent PC to an Intel® Xeon® server.
- 4
AiCippY app
Operators chat with machines and confirm every proposed change.
Three Intel®-based tiers, one AiAmbA Factory OS
Unbox, cable, power on — the factory starts talking. One governed runtime scales from an Agent PC beside a single machine to a rack-mounted Intel® Xeon® OEM server orchestrating an entire plant.
AiAmbA Agent PC
Intel® Processor N-series (e.g. N150) · Intel Atom®
Compact, fanless systems that run on-premise AI agents beside a desk or machine while handling machine connectivity and protocol translation.
Accelerated edge AI node
Intel®-based · from ~15 TOPS
Machine vision, video analytics, inspection and real-time inference at the line.
Intel® Xeon® OEM server
Finished OEM appliance
Multi-line orchestration, high-density inference, load balancing and longer on-premise retention for the whole plant.
Edge-first AI inference
We optimise vision, speech and language models with the OpenVINO toolkit to run on Intel CPUs, GPUs and NPUs at the factory edge — low latency, no round trip to the cloud.
Open Edge Platform suites
We build on Intel's open-source Edge AI Suites — manufacturing, robotics, and health and life sciences — and Geti software for vision models, to ship proven pipelines faster.
Physical AI for robots
We train vision-language-action robot policies from human demonstrations with Physical AI Studio and export them to OpenVINO for real-time control on Intel hardware.
What we build with Intel
AI visual quality inspection
Defect detection for textile, automotive and electronics lines, inferencing at the camera.
Predictive maintenance
Time-series anomaly detection on vibration, current and temperature, next to the machine.
Robotics perception
Perception, navigation and manipulation for robotic cells and mobile robots.
Worker safety analytics
Zone monitoring and PPE checks that keep video on-premises.
Metro and smart city
Edge video analytics for traffic, transit and city infrastructure.
Healthcare operations
Non-clinical hospital and lab operations analytics — never diagnosis or treatment.

Start an AI Factory pilot on Intel
Tell us about your line, machines and goals. A verified AiAmbA engineer will scope a pilot — connect, see, predict, then automate — on Intel edge hardware you already own or new Intel Core Ultra or Xeon systems.
